GCRA BENSTROLL 2011
Fundraising Sponsored Walks and BBQ
SUNDAY 28th AUGUST 2010 at 2.00pm

All are welcome, so bring family and friends and enjoy are great day out in the countryside doing your little bit to help raise funds for our very own cause.
This year the ‘Garioch Lions Club’ are providing the BBQ facilities with a choice of juicy Burgers or Bangers and soft drinks for all, so......
make SUNDAY 28th AUGUST a FUN DAY and a successful ‘FUNDRAISING’ DAY!
Fundraising
Although the day is intended as a fun day out for members and friends to meet, greet and share experiences, we should bear in mind that the underlying purpose of the BenStroll is to raise much needed funds to help our association provide Cardiac Exercise classes for all who need given that we receive no formal core funding what so ever, for our classes.
So, pick up your Sponsorship sheet and get family, friends and work colleagues to support your effort and pledge some cash.
New participants can also choose to raise funds for the BHF Scotland Mending Broken Hearts Appeal, which marks the charity’s 50th anniversary. Contact scotland@bhf.org.uk to find out more.
