(a) A short walk of about 2 miles mainly on open Forestry gravel roads of shallow incline but also through a wooded track in the final stages on the return to the finish line check-in. |
|
(b) A longer walk of about 4.25 miles initially on the open Forestry gravel roads but latterly through wooded forest paths on an incline rising to approx. 300 feet from the starting point. |
The Entry Fees, which includes the Barbeque, are £5.00 for adults and £3.00 for children of 12 years and under. Being a natural woodland site, there are no facilities other than toilets and we would highly recommend that you take with you folding or portable canvas chairs for your own comfort at the Barbeque after the walk is over.
